Our story began with a small cohort of apprentices and interns, supported by passionate managers and mentors who saw the value in investing early. With time, this evolved into a structured and strategic approach, backed by director-level sponsorship and embedded into our long-term workforce planning. The leadership team has consistently championed early careers development, recognising its role in driving innovation, diversity, and sustainability across the business.
