Since winning the first account in 1962, Sertec provides pressings and stamping technologies to the automotive sector.

1990s

Having established itself as the go-to supplier for British manufacturers, Sertec branches out into robotic welded assemblies.

2000s

Sertec’s scalable solutions and stable supply chain helps to support the transition to lightweight materials across the sector.

2010s

Sertec consolidates its industry standing with further acquisitions, including flagship facilities across the UK and Europe.

2020s

Sertec’s expertise, developed and perfected within the automotive industry, is now supporting the global shift towards green technology such as EV.

We build upon our decades of industry experience to deliver precision pressings, assemblies and components that support our partners’ operations and facilitate large-scale output.

Over time, our specialism have expanded to include body – in – white assemblies, precision stamping, battery components and dielectric components, and core principles of quality, efficiency and scalability continue to guide our manufacturing processes.

The changing requirements of this sector have always driven us to adapt and innovate in line with emerging technologies. Today, the shift towards Greener technology and away from traditional internal combustion engines is already in full swing. We are working to be ready for these future advancements by:

As a key player in the supply chain, 70% of our output for the global automotive industry is supplied directly to Original Equipment Manufacturers.
