This month our new early career talent spent some time with our learning and development department as part of their induction to learn more about what to expect during their time with the business.
Our previous apprentices took part in a Q&A session to answer questions about apprenticeships at Sertec and their current roles within the organisation. Our new apprentices found this extremely helpful and informative, giving them a better understanding of what to expect over their apprenticeships and beyond.
Our early career talent are now ready to embark on an exciting career journey with Sertec across various UK sites and disciplines within the business. We wish them the best of luck in their adventure and are excited to have them as part of the team!
