Based at our HQ in Coleshill, the Group Aftermarket Customer Analyst will support our customers to ensure that all aftermarket customer requirements are met in full daily. The successful individual will be solely responsible for understanding our aftermarket products and build strong working relationships with Customers, Suppliers, Manufacturing and Purchasing to ensure smooth production and delivery to the customer.
Working with low volume, spot orders you will be able to adapt and problem solve to maintain a delivery performance of 100%. You will lead the resolution of any production and supply issues and complete and submit any disputes in the SIM system. You will demonstrate fantastic communication skills and be a highly organised and self-motivated individual.
Working with our Logistics team the Weekend Customer Analyst will be responsible for ensure that all customer requirements are met in full over the weekend period. Working Saturday and Sunday, the individual will be self motivated and driven to liaise with manufacturing on all production and supply issues and e ensure customer requirements are made available to stores and despatch team leaders on a daily basis. they will also control and monitor unplanned deliveries and collections, collecting the relevant data and recording in KPI or QOS format on a weekly basis
Based at our HQ in Coleshill, the Material, Planning and Logistics Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting customer requirements across the EV production cells. The EV team are at the forefront of high speed, automated production within electric powertrain and lightweight body structures.
Working closely with production you will be a critical link to the customer ensuring that supply of parts meets customer requirements. You will work closely with purchasing to ensure raw material availability, directly produce weekly/ daily production plan that is in line with both capacity and manning requirements and be responsible for EV stock management and product distribution to final customer.

You will be responsible for ensuring that change over processes of press tools and coils are undertaken with a SMED mind set, maximising the outputs of the line. You will be custodian of all E.V related tooling, coils, and Servo presses- responsible for optimising press efficiency whist working with the wider line team to maintain optimum outputs.
