Production Coordinators are responsible for the holistic leadership of their function, working as part of a broader leadership team striving to achieve business goals.

Focused on tactical day-to-day management, they utilise their experience and expertise to enhance the overall production operation in line with business strategy

Advanced Maintenance Technician

To ensure all new and existing facilities are maintained/monitored and installed in
accordance with the relevant regulations and in accordance with company
Health and Safety standards and supporting with plant/machines stoppages in a
timely and efficient manner to ensure production needs are met on a 3-shift basis.

Environment, Health & Saftey officer

To be responsible for ensuing that all Environmental, Health and Safety procedures including all policies are implemented and adhered to by completing site EHS inspections.

Head of Procurement

• Lead the development and execution of Procurement’s objectives in line with Company KPIs and strategy.
• Support and drive cross-functional sourcing for direct and indirect procurement to strict targets.
• Develop and implement procurement processes improvements.
• Support and develop team members building a strong and efficient team.
• Lead the coordination, escalation, and resolution for identified supply risks.
• Report to the Board on a regular basis.
