The ‘Sertec Learning Academy’ was launched in 2016 in order to provide a purpose-built environment to enhance the learning experience at Sertec.
The learning academy covers all aspects of the manufacturing processes involved in the supply of our components, not just for new starters but for existing employees too.
In addition to this, the provision of development opportunities being offered through the Academy is continuously increasing, in order to up-skill our workforce and helps to secure the future of our business.
