Using CATIA and CADDS5 CAD systems, our guest engineers are available to work with customers ensuring that components and tooling are designed for efficient manufacture, and that lead time are minimised through concurrent engineering.

Sertec’s knowledge of the presswork and welded fabrication industry is extensive. Specialised process engineers, working closely with Continuous Improvement and Kaizen teams ensure that high quality is maintained at minimum manufacturing cost.

Manufacturing processes are also supported by extensive tooling facilities. Presslite’s strong tool making heritage is today reflected by a team of experienced time-served people.
