AQ Lasertool acquire business assets of Sertec Estonia

AQ Lasertool has today signed and agreement with Sertec Group Ltd to acquire the business assets of Sertec Estonia OU, further to their letter of intent previously communicated on 18th
As part of the deal, Sertec has an agreement in place to secure supply of all UK parts to end of life. All customer assets have also been listed and detailed within this agreement.
Operations were taken over at 12.00pm today and will continue at its current site in Juri, Estonia.
Dave Steggles, Group Commercial and Operations Director said “This disposal is as a result of our need to focus on the development and growth we are experiencing at our UK plants and the expansion required to accommodate the new work already in place across the Group. It further allows us to investigate future capacity requirements in other parts of the world. “ June.
