Sertec Birmingham provides full design, project management and development support from initial concept through to volume supply, utilising all the all the pre-production monitoring standards available.

Using CATIA, Ideas and CADDS5 systems, our design engineers work closely with our customers, frequently working alongside them in residency at their own offices.

Manufacturing processes and expertise are supported by extensive tooling facilities at our Coleshill factory. Sertec’s strong toolmaking heritage is continued and further enhanced by a team of vastly experienced toolmakers working closely with the design and project managers.

In recent times our designers have contributed greatly to Land Rover’s Discovery 3 and Range Rover Sport and Jaguar’s XK vehicles.
